• Full payment is required to confirm your spot in a course.

• Fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

• A confirmation email will be sent after successful registration.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the start date.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

3. Participant Responsibilities

To ensure a productive and enjoyable experience, participants must:

• Follow instructions provided by instructors.

• Use provided materials and equipment responsibly.

• Notify us of any challenges or requirements prior to the course.

• Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of materials is prohibited.

• Photographs created during the course remain the property of participants.

5. Liability Disclaimer

PhotoPassion is not responsible for:

• Injuries or damages resulting from participant negligence.

• Loss or theft of personal belongings during sessions.

• Interruptions caused by external factors, such as weather or technical issues.
